The short of it is I'm Lisa, a creative director, mom, mentor, and the coworker you love to present with.
The long of it is I began my career copywriting at high-profile ad agencies. Then I found my personal voice as a hands-on creative leader inside a fast-moving social agency. Operational fluency, sharp instincts, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers talent became pillars of my signature style.
As a Creative Director, I focus on guiding ideas through teams, timelines, and stakeholders without dulling their edge. And in between those moves, I bring the calm to the chaos.

Give me a chaotic pitch deck and I'll finesse it into a story that makes sense and flows seamlessly. Crafting, writing, and presenting decks is the cherry on top of all the thinking inside, I love doing it justice.

Having spent the past 15 years working in social, digital, print, retail, and experiential, I approach everything from a holistic lens. Zooming out to define how a brand platform manifests in every shape and size is a puzzle I love to solve.
